Application process for in-person programs (does not apply to online programs):

1. In the “pre-application” process, students will be asked to simply enter their name, email address, and home university name.
2. Due to the COVID-19 situation affecting Japanese border measures, decision to hold the programs will be made after each pre-application period.
3. After the pre-application ends, we will inform pre-applicants the result of decision to hold the program. There will be no cancellation fee for applicants who wish to cancel after applying.
4. If the program is to be held, students will then be asked to proceed to the “application” process where they will submit documents such as health certificate, enrollment, transcript, and Japanese level.
