Assistant professor at the Centre for Comparative Studies of Civilisation. She holds MA in Indology and in Religious studies. In 2019 obtained PhD in literary sciences from Jagiellonian University for the dissertation concerning Songs of Nuns (Therīgāthā) –  the first Buddhist anthology of poems ascribed to women, which forms a part of The Pali Canon.
